Aura Zumba & Dietician (run by Sakshi Sharma) respects your privacy. This page explains simply what information is collected when you use our website and how it is used.

1. Information you share with us

When you send a membership request through the website form, or message us on WhatsApp, we may receive:

• Your name
• Your WhatsApp / phone number (optional)
• Your wellness goal or the membership plan you're interested in

We use this only to respond to your enquiry, prepare your diet plan, and coordinate your membership.

2. Payments

• All payments are made directly from your own UPI app (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM, etc.) using the UPI ID or QR code shown on our website.
• We do not collect, store, or process card numbers, UPI PINs, or banking details on this website.
• Payments are verified by Sakshi Sharma personally after you share the payment screenshot on WhatsApp.

3. Cookies & tracking

This website does not use advertising trackers and does not sell any data. Basic, anonymous hosting analytics may be used by our hosting provider (Netlify) to understand general traffic.

4. How we use your data

• To reply to your enquiries on WhatsApp or email
• To prepare and follow up on your diet plan or Zumba schedule
• Membership and progress records you share with us (weight, health details) are used only for your coaching and are never shared with third parties

5. Data sharing

Your personal information is never sold or rented. It is shared only with the payment system you already use (your own UPI app) when you make a payment.

6. Health information

Any medical details you share (for example diabetes or PCOS) are used strictly to customise your diet plan, in line with professional practice. Please only share what you're comfortable with.

7. Your rights

You can ask us at any time to correct, update, or delete the personal information we hold about you by messaging us on WhatsApp. We'll respond within a reasonable time.
