By using the Aura Zumba & Dietician website or purchasing any diet plan membership or training service, you agree to the terms below. Please read them once — they're short and written in plain language.

1. About the services

• Aura Zumba & Dietician, run by Sakshi Sharma (Master's in Nutrition, Diploma in Dietetics, Health & Nutrition), provides online diet plan memberships and Zumba fitness training from JHM Aura Society, Bareilly.
• Plan names, prices, and inclusions are as listed on the Pricing section of this website and may be updated from time to time.

2. Membership & validity

• Your membership becomes active only after payment is received and verified by Sakshi Sharma.
• Membership duration (1 month, 2 months, 3 months, or focused plan) runs from the date your plan is activated, as confirmed on WhatsApp.
• Follow-ups, check-ins, and WhatsApp support are provided within the duration of your plan, as described for each plan.

3. Payments

• Payments are made via UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM, or any UPI app) using the QR code or UPI ID shown on this website.
• Please share the payment screenshot on WhatsApp (+91 80761 98551) after paying so your membership can be confirmed.
• If you have any issue with a payment, contact us on WhatsApp and we'll resolve it.

4. Health & results disclaimer

• Diet plans are customised to your goals, routine, and health profile. Results vary from person to person and depend on consistency, routine, and individual body response.
• For medical conditions such as diabetes, PCOS, or others, plans are customised after understanding your condition. Please inform us about any medical condition before starting.
• Our services support healthy lifestyle guidance and are not a substitute for emergency medical care. In case of any medical emergency, consult a doctor immediately.
• Weight-loss figures mentioned on this website (for example "12–14 kg" on the Boom Diet Plan) describe a guided journey with consistency, not a guaranteed outcome.

5. Your responsibilities

• Share accurate health and dietary information so your plan can be customised properly.
• Attend scheduled check-ins and follow-ups for the best results.

6. Cancellations & refunds

• Please reach out on WhatsApp before any cancellation so we can understand your situation.
• Refund eligibility, where applicable, is decided case by case based on how far into the membership you are and the support already provided, and is communicated clearly on WhatsApp before you decide.

7. Content & testimonials

• Client stories and photos are published with the client's permission.
• Content on this website is for general guidance and should not be treated as medical advice.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the business grows. The updated version on this page will always be the one in effect.
